Privacy policy

At Estudio MBG I take your privacy seriously. Here I explain clearly which personal data I process, why, and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data I process

  • The data you send me through the contact form: your name, your business name (if you give it), your phone number or email, the services you're interested in and your message. The language you're viewing the website in, and whether you arrived from my presentation letter, are also saved so I know how you found me.
  • The data you send me if you write to me on WhatsApp or by email.

I don't ask for more data than necessary and I don't process special categories of data.

3. Why I use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • If we reach an agreement, to manage our business relationship (contract, invoicing and communication about the project). Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

I don't use your data to send you advertising or to make automated decisions about you.

4. How long I keep it

  • If we don't end up working together: as long as needed to answer you, and one year at most.
  • If we work together: for as long as our business relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law (such as tax retention periods).

5. Who I share it with

I don't pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. To run this website I use providers that process data on my behalf (data processors) and offer the safeguards required by the GDPR:

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and receiving the messages from the contact form. International data transfers take place with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you choose to write to me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your data under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and statistics

  • This website does not use cookies.
  • To know how many people arrive from my presentation letter (QR code) and which parts of the website are most interesting, I count visits and clicks anonymously, without storing your IP address or any data that identifies you.
  • Your browser only stores (in its local storage) the language you choose, so the website is shown in that language next time. You can delete it in your browser settings.
  • Like any web server, the hosting provider may log technical connection data (such as the IP address) for security and operational reasons.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to me at hola@estudiombg.es or on WhatsApp at +34 623 970 911. I may ask you to prove your identity.

If you think I haven't processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please don't send me personal data.

9. Security

I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
